FAQs

You will need a TV antenna. There are outdoor and indoor antenna options.

You will receive a stronger signal with an outdoor antenna. However, the setup is more involved and can be costly. The setup for an indoor antenna is more user-friendly compared to an outdoor antenna. We recommend getting an indoor antenna for easy installation.

If you have a TV manufactured after 2006, your indoor antenna should be plug-and-play. If you have an older TV, you will need a digital tuner (a VCR, DVD, or DVR with a digital tuner, or a digital converter box). Connect your indoor antenna to the digital tuner, then connect the digital tuner to the TV.

On your TV remote, press Menu or Setup.
Select Antenna or Channels, or a similar option.
Select Scan, Auto-tune, channel search, or a similar option.

The TV will scan for channels. This process will typically take a few minutes, but it could take up to 30 minutes depending on your TV.
